OpenSkies Programs
OpenSkies
Technology is constantly being expanded and developed to
be used in new programs and projects, like the following:
Using
Machine Vision Techniques to Create a Multi-Resolution Obstacle
Database - This Naval Air Systems Command
project extends capabilities and user tools for OpenSkies simulation
products by improving OpenSkies' multi-resolution representation
software, and by providing a means for fusion of sensor tracks
into multiple resolution terrain representations.
Scalable
Geo Telemetry Networks -
This U.S. Army ARDEC project extends OpenSkies capabilities
by expanding support for streaming map-based graphical display.
Virtual
Prototyping Architecture -
This U.S Army (TACOM) project extends OpenSkies capabilities
by adding a VSIL (Virtual Simulation Integration Lab) toolkit
for virtual designing and testing of vehicle
electronics systems in OpenSkies.
Overseer
UAV/UGV Control Interface -
This U.S. Air Force (Rome Air Force Base) project extends
OpenSkies capabilities by expanding tools for viewing and controlling
many targets in real-time.
