A Scenario Authoring Tool for Event-Based Training

The OpenSkies system was designed for Government training and is the only low cost PC-based system which incorporates trainee performance measurement capability. This capability was developed for the Navy using 20 years of University and Naval research in event-based performance measurement. It is customizable for any type of training and can be used for training instructors as well as students. The performance subsystem provides a recorded measurement capability that can allow for trend analysis over many different groups of students and instructors.
